Located 12km Northwest of Wellington, Maryvale Solar Farm has capacity for a 243MWp utility scale solar project, with a 172 MW / 350MWh ~2hr Energy Storage System.
The two projects combined are forecast to provide the equivalent of 82,000 homes with clean energy whilst preventing the emissions of 411,788 tonnes of CO2 per annum.
The site is owned by Gentari.
