Gannawarra Energy Storage System

Located west of Kerang in north-west Victoria, the Gannawarra Energy Storage System is 50MWh lithium-ion battery that is retrofitted to the Gannawarra Solar Farm. The energy storage system provides increased grid stability in Victoria, and features a long-term commercial services agreement with Energy Australia, who will charge and dispatch energy from the facility until 2030.
