Finley Solar Farm

Finley Solar Farm

Owned by John Laing, the 175MWp Finley Solar Farm has been operational since 2019 and generates a valuable source of renewable energy within the Riverina region whilst providing enough electricity to power over 44,000 homes.

Our in-house Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team secured and commenced the O&M contract as Third-Party Service provider in March 2022, and has been providing comprehensive services to ensure the solar farm is performing optimally with minimal downtime, and consistent generation. Our team on site are local residents of Finley NSW which aligns with our commitment of providing job opportunities to the local and surrounding communities in which we operate. The solar farm utilises sheep grazing for vegetation management with excellent results, with over 2000 sheep currently on site.
